This should help you stand with your shoulders back to correct your posture. I like that the size is light and small, easy to wear under a sweatshirt or jacket. Very easy to use and put on. The instructions were easy. I really felt it climb up my back when I wear it, even when I placed and tightened it properly it didn't feel like it would stay in place completely. This may be because there's nothing on this machine that pushes your shoulders down (just helps pull them back). Something like a removable weight in the shoulder area would solve this problem.
