Too glaring, red is not restful
I bought these nightlights in red, as I read that it was the best color as not to disrupt sleep, and switched out from the blue lights I had for years. I find that quite the opposite is true. The red seems to signal my brain that there is some sort of emergency and I find it very harsh when I awake during the night. These lights throw off an extreme amount of light and a garish red aura to the room. Unless you want to feel like you’re sleeping In the ER, I don’t recommend.
