Overall I was happy that this type of product was available but disappointed that they didn't do better. I love old colored lanterns. They are stiffer and as someone commented they are NOT what is pictured. Blue is more like electric blue, this LED color gives way, there is no yellow in it and orange is too close to red. White is the worst. This is a hard cool white LED. The bulbs themselves are colored, with a traditional-sized plastic cover over them. I ended up using about 3/4 the length of what I bought, removing the colored caps from the colored bulbs and rearranging them so the whites weren't showing and the blues had white caps to soften them .
