I assume I've been using Wacom products since the early 2000's and have experience with various products. Mobile Studio Pro is great for people who want to take a break from their desktop and sit on the couch or wherever :) I'm a professional artist in the art industry and being able to sit comfortably on the couch without sacrificing art is great Plus. I mainly use Photoshop and am able to work full time without delay. It has a small side fan that allows it to work properly. It also weighs about 3 pounds and is about half an inch thick so it's not too heavy! You can also work with it without being connected to a charger. Battery life is the same as any portable computer that has been unplugged. It also comes with a detachable stand that can be set at different angles. I personally like to have it on my lap when I'm watching TV on the couch! I'm primarily an iOS user so it took me a second to get used to the Windows based computer but nothing too difficult. Downloading everything was easy and hassle-free. Anyway, tech support is readily available through their website or social media - they're always ready to help! It also has side ports in case you want to connect a mouse or hard drives etc. You can connect a Bluetooth keyboard if you want, but it also has an on-screen keyboard that you can use. So I haven't needed it yet. The screen is anti-glare and mimics the same finish as the Centiq. I also have a Centiq and it works just like Mobile Studio Pro. Pressure sensitivity is the same and lag is zero. I like Mobile Studio Pro because it allows me to fully run Photoshop without sacrificing tools. Compared to the iPad, I would say that you can create complete works with all the tools because it's a full-fledged computer. - How cool is that? On the iPad, I can't run Photoshop with all the tools or have extra buttons on the stylus. The mobile studio pen has buttons that allow you to use your favorite shortcuts. I use it to switch between instruments. I'm also left-handed and can rotate the mobile studio so that the buttons are on the other side. Right now I have it on the left by default, but I can easily toggle it if needed. I was worried my hand would recognize it on the screen, but it doesn't! It recognizes the pen, which allows me to draw normally, just like on the Centiq. The pen also comes with different nibs. I personally like the felt tip, but the standard option is just as good because the screen has a matte finish, giving you the feel of paper. Anyway, you can easily compare it to any Centiq if you've used it before! The screen diagonal of 13 inches is perfect for me. I was concerned that this would make the buttons look small, but they're a regular size and easy to see. Installing the brushes and other tools was pretty easy. The same process as on any machine. I have to say, having been a Wacom user since I was young, it's really amazing to see how far they have come with all their products over the years. You continue to impress me. I rate these 5 stars because I can create complete parts without missing any tools, it's portable, and it runs at full speed. I would recommend this to artists who want to take a break from their desk, sit on the sofa and have fun making art! :)
