Nutri-Berries for a long and healthy life for your pets! (+fresh veg/fruit, millet)

My 2 budgies love Nutri-Berries and they are nutritionally balanced with all the nutrients in the pellets. I also bought Lafeber pellets but parrots are more likely to eat them. I plan to switch their diet to human friendly grains/seeds mixed in with pellets and give them Nutri-Berries as a reward. Oh, and a poached egg once a month to help meet protein needs in the diet. I prefer to feed my pets fresh, whole, human-grade live foods over processed foods. Now I feed them Nutri-Berries, organic vegetables and some millet. I put the greens in a shallow container of water and the birds love to bathe and eat the greens at the same time. In time, I will start feeding the budgies grated carrots, fruit, and other foods that are good for budgies. One thing I've learned is that you should be feeding your pets fresh vegetables and fruits almost every day along with a balanced food mix like Nutri-Berries. My last budgie developed chronic wheezing and I found out it was a nutritional deficiency from a world class vet. My other budgies died 4-5 years after I fed them only seed. With proper care, they should live 10 years or more. I'm not sure if corn syrup, corn oil, propylene glycol, canola oil are good for budgies. I know I avoid these oils as they cause inflammation in humans, but I'm not sure about birds. But I think Nutri-Berries are way better than just giving seeds to parrots. Nutri-Berries even contain egg protein. Budgies love to eat them out of my hand, so I know they love them. I even ate a few myself because they smell so good!
