I read all the reviews and decided to change the existing magnet for 2008 CC Precedent. The old magneto gave me a top speed of 12.5-13 mph. I have an app that measures speed and constantly calculates this range. Just before installing the new magnet, run the carriage to ensure the speed is the same as before. Replaced the old magnet and installed a new one. The speed increased to 21 km/h. Uphill accelerates to 16-17 km/h. Installation is not difficult. One of the key points is that the speed sensor needs a deep socket (5/16" socket). I used a 1/4" drive as it's easier to work with.
