I bought it on December 2, 2020. It is August 13th, 2021. The part of the bracket that fits into the air vents is loose, which sometimes allows our phone to fall down along with the charger. I have already emailed the company to let them know. But didn't get an answer. Overall not bad. We still use it. We just have to keep playing around with it. Still charging our phones. It's been free for 3 months already... FYI it scratched my frame in my car because it fell off...
