Optimized 220V sold as 110V?

Converter from 24V to 110V, 500W? A small sticker [110v] was attached above the rating plate. The product output 143V and did not work above 240W. It appears to be a modified 220V inverter sold as a 110V inverter.

Pros

Built-in cooling fan for longer service life and safer use. Smart size, lightweight and compatible, low noise and no pollution.
