With this permanent Revain discount and after reading all the reviews I just couldn't resist. After 2 weeks of daily use I am overall very happy with the build and ease of use of the product. A few years ago I would definitely have bought TOTO but it's not in my price range so for the price and high quality the Slim Two is perfect. Advantages: - Easy to install - Excellent solid construction, extra heated seat; No squeaks/creaks at all - remote control (I wanted the Slim One (without remote) at first, but the Slim Two (with remote) was cheaper, and also very nice that you don't have to twist to get to the console on the wireless models ); In addition, the remote control comes with a wall-mounted dock that can be attached to the wall with the supplied glue (included) or screws (not included). The print options and nozzle placement are perfect - I don't understand why some users reported problems. Maybe your hose connection is loose or the emitter is clogged? Also, the pressure in turbo mode is TOO strong - I still haven't found a need to use this mode. It's so powerful that it will splatter and leave water droplets on the seat back or just redesign the remote to include a dedicated night light button.) - The water heater works great; longer than 60 seconds. The water is not boiling hot, but hot enough for a thorough cleaning. In my opinion, unless you have a really large area to clean, 30-60 seconds is optimal for a deep clean. In this case, double-tap "Wash" to activate the sweep for a thorough cleaning. - Easy installation guide (everyone says there is no manual or manual included - my order came with two guides: a normal installation guide and a quick guide) - Toilet paper usage and cost halved. It only takes a little to soak up excess water. Very good! Cons: - I had to buy a hose adapter to put the hose nut on the water connector. It costs less than $5 at Home Depot. - Night light could be easier to turn on and off (see above). - Remote UI design is NOT good - I think BioBidet could take some design cues from TOTO or INAX for good UI design. for their remote control, as well as making a universal remote control for all their models with similar specifications. When I opened the box and pulled out the seat, the remaining water ran out of the hose and block and sloshed all over me, which was odd given it's a new, unrenovated model (isn't it?) Very odd - but the unit looks and off smells brand new at least so I'm not too worried. -- I know this is beside the point, but the BioBidet logo needs a branding overhaul. The typeface used in the words "bidet" looks like it can't breathe and is flattened, while the typeface "bio" is relaxed and well positioned. Consistency will reposition the brand to reflect the high quality of the brand's products. Overall: At a retail price of $189, EVERYONE should have one of these. You will feel super clean in just a few seconds of washing. When I get up from the seat I feel so clean while everyone else is walking around with dirty, poop-smeared asses. Pooh! Get it now! Update (October 31, 2018): Now that the weather is getting cooler, I understand why the heated seats feature is such a useful feature. It had never occurred to me before how much temperature affects parts of the body, but now I find that when the seat is warm I'm more relaxed and I can complete my tasks faster. It's like jumping into a cold ocean and everything freezes, the same thing happens when you sit on an icy toilet seat - it just takes you forever to look out and when you don't do your business you feel reluctant and miserable. I used to think that a warm seat would look gross (like someone just used it), but now that I'm more relaxed I just can't do without this feature. I think this will help you achieve regularity. Update (09/30/2018): After 30 days of daily use, I can highly recommend the SLIM TWO. The seat is very high quality in terms of construction and functionality and you will feel CLEAN! Update (July 1st, 2019): BioBidet's customer service is top notch. Update (12 August 2021): The second Cap replacement suffered. Fate and the hydraulic right hinge broke again. It cannot be repaired as the plastic part breaks into a hundred pieces. I think BioBidet needs to find a better material that stands up to the test of frequent opening/closing. Aside from the loop issue (which isn't a problem with our tote), the Slim Two is a great deal. But after reading a few other reviews mentioning the same hinge quality issue, I can probably switch to a better quality Toto C200 that I have in another room and have had absolutely no issues.
