I'm a fan of NOW products so I didn't hesitate to buy this product, Lysine tablets. I have a problem with sensitivity to many foods (especially acidic foods) and constantly battle mouth ulcers (cancer type) with many foods and even some toothpastes (mint works for me). Lysine tablets solve this problem by taking two tablets a day for a few days (or so, depending on the severity of the rashes in the mouth). Needless to say, I'm very glad I found these Lysine tablets NOW!
