Over the course of a week, I spent on the phone with Amazon. They had me get a paid diagnosis at a service center. Then I proceeded to swear at the workers here. And I decided I would no longer use this firm to acquire machinery. They offer zero support in terms of resolving issues for customers. Instead of waiting for them, the client will do everything themselves. So, to save money, I suggest you all avoid the market altogether.
