We live in a village with dogs and children, so there are mosquitos in our house every year. We spray and set traps, but the little flies annoy us. I saw this gadget in a viral video of all things and thought I'd at least try it as a novelty. Typical Revain, everything arrived on time and well packaged. The first night the Imirror zapper was plugged into it, it chirped and chirped like crazy. Mosquitoes couldn't resist the built-in light when placed in a dark room. The next morning I found no mosquitoes in the zipped room. All of them committed suicide in shock. The next evening he went into the kitchen and got the same result. All mosquitoes are gone. I won't lie, after years of trying to rid my house of these pests and brush them off my face, we giggle a little every time we hear a pop. Qualitatively it doesn't look as good as a tennis racquet despite being racquet shaped. So if it breaks when you swing it at a fly, you caused it yourself. It's lightweight plastic but well built, and the battery lasts for hours on a charge depending on how many you kill. All in all, it was a good use of $39. It kills flying insects without the use of insecticides while having fun. I would buy another one if needed.
