Basic instructions, knowledge of installation procedures are useful, strong, a lot of equipment.

This definitely holds my Samsung Q70 65 inch LED TV in place without moving except spinning. Gives enough boost to fit my stereo AV receiver. The hardware comes with lots of gaskets and screws. That being said, unfortunately one of the bolts I had to use was welded on the top so I couldn't tighten it properly. But I managed quite well. And the instructions are very simple, so you can decide where to put the parts, which gaskets and bolts to use, and which washers to put where. Oh, and the handy swivel feature makes it easy to connect HDMI cables. basically I'm satisfied.
