I like that it is an easy way for us as developers to get insight into our app's issues and their causes, such as by using logs in the client side or tracing server-side. It isn't always 100% accurate or detailed enough when things are going wrong. We've used this tool to make sure we're solving problems correctly at all stages of development; from design through deployment (and often beyond). There have been times where there were bugs/issues with our codebase not fixed after reporting them; but this has helped us track down those issues much more quickly since they can be viewed directly within echoza.
