I like that it is an easy way for us as developers to get insight into our app's issues and their causes, such as by using logs in the client side or tracing server-side. It isn't always 100% accurate or detailed enough when things are going wrong. We've used this tool to make sure we're solving problems correctly at all stages of development; from design through deployment (and often beyond).
