Review on Capresso 560 01 Infinity Conical Grinder by Klassic Duncan

Truth in advertising: I'm a coffee lover! I roast my own coffee and am always experimenting with new ways to brew the perfect cup! However, I believe that along with choosing good beans, a consistent grind is the second most important component to a perfect cup - and nowhere does grind more consistently than with this grinder. The low speed of this coffee grinder is awesome! The low speed prevents the beans from heating up during grinding, which prevents natural oils from escaping during grinding. When released, these tasty elements not only don't end up in your beer, they gradually clog your coffee grinder! I've owned this grinder for over four years and have never had to take it apart to clean it - unlike the high speed Cuisinart grinder I've owned before. Another benefit of running at low revs is that the engine itself stays cooler. If you know even a little bit about electronics, then you know that heat is the enemy of reliability! Well done Capreso - you have a near perfect coffee grinder!
