It's easy to use for both internal staff as well external clients/customers alike! The ability to create multiple workflows per customer can be very helpful in ensuring all aspects are covered by your system.
There isn't anything I dislike at this time but there may come along with using it every day so just make sure you have some training before going live if necessary (as we did). We've been able to automate our processes without having too much hassle from customers / users who were used to manual systems previously which has made life easier overall.
