Update: 2/15/2021 Not as in love as me. Maybe I would be a bit happier if they sent me the right accessories for it. I ordered a few accessories (extra filters, brushes, mops, etc.). They ended up sending them to me and none of them fit. I've been waiting for her replacement for many weeks. I have to clean the filters and brushes every time I use them. I ordered extra items to just put on clean ones and then clean the old ones while it works. I also hate that it only erases diagonally and not in straight lines as advertised. I really hope that they will soon send me my spare parts that I bought in December. I still love this item but I've only had it for a few days. There was no restrictive tape in the box. And I absolutely cannot understand the case with the display. I've tried this in the app but I can't find a way to do this. However, it cleaned very well and my floors look great. I just have to watch him a lot so he doesn't get stuck. Anyone know anything about the app? I would like to help!
