The procedure itself was not that enjoyable according to my husband but the double ice pack is definitely doing the trick. And the comfort of the shorts themselves is actually pretty decent quality that could be used without the ice packs if you want to do. As far as recovery goes these feel like they are going to do the job and granted they will only get used this one time it's still helping a lot in managing the pain and comfort level.
