I don't think there is a better product to keep your dashboard looking new. I just put it on a paper towel and wipe it off. The amount of shine is perfect - not too shiny or matte. It also doesn't feel very greasy and lasts longer than many other brands I've tried. There is no smell either. I also use it for door panels, rubber hoses and plastic parts in my car's engine compartment. It also makes it look like new.
