Took this on a recent trip to New Orleans where the temperatures were at least 15 degrees warmer than I would like where I ran 5 miles more than usual and felt great. I tend to get dehydrated pretty easily and just water doesn't help. And I just can't stand the drinks that you can buy. I also can't resist buying multiple bottles of these drinks (a waste of money and plastic) while you can just use them to refill your water bottle. There's an odd salty taste when you add them, but you don't have an odd aftertaste. . Read the instructions for the salt to water ratio and build accordingly. I'll be using them all summer when I walk around New York.
