Really works. in Hydration

Took this on a recent trip to New Orleans where the temperatures were at least 15 degrees warmer than I would like where I ran 5 miles more than usual and felt great. Pros
  • Replacement of electrolytes during intense physical activity.
Cons
  • Cord is shorter than other picks

It tastes pretty bad, but I finally found a combination that makes it bearable for me. I use 1 packet of this in an empty large Powerade bottle (just under a liter), 1 teaspoon of Crystal Light lemonade or a small packet for a 16 ounce bottle, plus 2-3…

Pros
  • Hangover Relief, Nutritional Support, Fatigue Support, Dehydration Support from Food Poisoning, Stomach Flu, Fever, Diarrhea or Vomiting.
