A very handy thing for calligraphy and lettering, as well as for sketching

This brush pen is quite acceptable and even accepted in certain circles to be called a brush pen. I bought my brush for calligraphy courses in 2017 at the Peredvizhnik chain of stores for 550-570 rubles apiece. I chose the most classic: with black mascara inside. On the Internet on different sites, the cost of such a brush pen ranges on average from 400 to 800 rubles apiece and may depend on the color of a particular replacement cartridge. Judging by the manufacturer's website, there are as many as 18 of these colors. Initially, the cartridge is built into the brush pen, but it can be separated from the base after it runs out. Replacement cartridges are sold separately for approximately 130-200 rubles. If you regularly practice calligraphy, for example, every day for several hours, the consumption of cartridges is high. But do not be surprised at such a high price of consumables. I compared these brushes with brushes from the same company that have a special reservoir for water or paint. Feels like "Arts color brush pen" is nicer and more reliable, including in terms of quality, flexibility and durability of the bristles, so I liked this brush pen much more. But in a good way, if you practice calligraphy with a brush and often make watercolor sketches in the open air, it is better to have several diverse brushpen options at once.
