I've seen numerous reviews online of weighted blankets and their alleged ability to relieve stress and reduce anxiety. I was not convinced as there is no concrete scientific evidence to support these claims. But with a blackboard exam coming up in a few weeks, I was willing to try it to ease the anxiety associated with the exam. I was amazed at the result. I fell asleep faster under the covers and woke up in the middle of the night. I would recommend this product to anyone suffering from stress or anxiety. The only downside is that the duvet is a bit smaller than I expected. This works well for people who are 5 feet 5 inches or less tall. The higher, and the ceiling may not be long enough.
