I bought 2 of these, one for each of my children. The eldest son loves it and sleeps with it and uses it for comfort. He always liked feeling the weight on him. The youngest son says he's too hard to sleep with, but will use him when he needs comfort.

Very well made. I love the look of the ceiling. You don't feel the beads moving. It is very comfortable to sleep under. I have Restless Legs Syndrome plus anxiety and this blanket is helping. However, I have fibromyalgia, so sometimes it's too heavy, so I should probably go down a size. Otherwise he is perfect.

I LOVE this comforter. Helps me sleep through the night, feels very soft and doesn't make you too hot. The entire duvet is sewn together so the beads don't move and there's no annoying duvet cover sliding around. Highly recommend for anyone who suffers from anxiety, sleep disorders or needs a good gift idea! Delivered very quickly, safely and soundly (the beads didn't get enough sleep).

The quality is great as I've read reviews of other duvets that leaked sand or whatever they used as a weight. That didn't happen with these blankets. I've seen numerous reviews online of weighted blankets and their alleged ability to relieve stress and reduce anxiety. I was not convinced as there is no concrete scientific evidence to support these claims. But with a blackboard exam coming up in a few weeks, I was willing to try it to ease the anxiety associated with the exam. I was amazed at the result. I realized too late that more mass = more warmth. I have a poorly air conditioned top floor so that was a problem for me. I've resorted to covering just the bottom half of the legs and feet and it works for me. In winter, the thing will probably be a stroke of luck. I don't know how I caught a cold while using it.
