I just installed it, it fits well on the nut, the heat shield lets you vent. This means that the through holes do not leave enough room for mounting screws in the block. My solution was to grind the holes so the bolts had enough clearance to fit the block. This did not interfere in any way, it just made it easier to install fasteners on the part. I also had to bend the shield to give it more room to fit between the frame and the motor. Again, nothing to compromise structural integrity, just install. Once installed, I was annoyed that the sign returned to its original shape as best it could. Still better than paying almost twice as much. I hope this helps you decide.
