So I bought this lens for several reasons. 1. I already had versions 24, 35 and 85 of Cine and needed a decent color and contrast set for the video. 2. I was unhappy with the margin of beating Tokina 11-16 on my BMCC MFT.3 version: It's faster than Tokina. I have to say that I am very happy with this lens. It outperforms the Tokina in every way from T2 to T8 (that's all I shot) edge to edge and then center for sharpness, and it has a longer focus travel! Which is welcome if you make videos like me. I would happily sell my Tokina but keep it to pair with the pocket cam. I'm not sure when the Rokinon 10mm will come out, but if it even comes close to matching the quality of this lens, the Tokina is definitely gone! I'd also like to add that this lens doesn't have the horrible barrel distortion of the 14mm lens. Yes, it's 2mm wider, but 14 just isn't usable unless you want that look.
