Relaxzen massage mat with 10 motors for RLS and RAFOS*

Bought in June 2016, so my model may differ from the current one. Update: After a few months of regular use, one of the hip motors stopped working. To work. The massage on just one side irritates me more than it relaxes me, so I don't use that area (and cycle of modes) anymore. Around the same time, the lumbar spine stopped working. It's not critical for me as I haven't used it much. Due to the long term remission of RLS I removed the pad and forgot about it. I took it out just a month ago and remembered the missing motor. Unfortunately I don't see any way to contact the company regarding the order or to inquire about the return. Other previously purchased items can be returned. So I hope I can get a response to this review and share it. Previous Review: Definitely helped soften my RLS (and RAFOS*) but didn't give the results I expected. Vibrations provide decent counterstimulation for less severe RLS episodes. The length offers relief for those who are restless as hell out of time. When my feet are particularly bad, I fold the mat and use it just under my feet. As a result, the legs also benefit from the heating element while running. The biggest disappointment is that you can't choose a mode, only the mode in which the loop will run. For example, when I use my favorite mode completely relaxed, it switches to the next mode, some of which bother me (especially M3 and M5). So the alternative is to use permanent zone settings. As a means of relieving RLS, vibration provides a decent amount of counter-stimulation to uncomfortable sensations. Doesn't always work, but sometimes it's better than never. The length offers relief for those who are constantly anxious. When my feet are particularly bad, I fold the mat and use it just under my feet. It also gives the legs the benefit of a heating element and variable modes. Why I leave this: Counterstimulation really helps when I have RLS. The length offers good coverage and the choice of a static or variable pattern is handy. For people with RLS there is an FDA approved, clinically tested Relaxis Pad that costs about $700 or 10 times the price and is 1/3 the length! Or you can buy a Relaxzen massage pad.
