You get what you pay for. I received an email saying they have production issues and will be replacing. Nothing came of this offer and no replacement was sent. Good for high-volume printing, but bad for professional printing or letterhead. The company sent 2 replacement cartridges which worked better but still not up to HP's quality. Again, this brand is good for mass printing, but not for professional reports, letters, or documents.
