About 6 months ago I bought a pair of Ride ISO 2 shoes and I really liked them. I looked for another pair, saw the Guide ISO 2, read some reviews and thought I'd take a chance as they are $80 cheaper. I love her just as much, maybe more because of the money saved. Both the Ride and the Guides are light and comfortable (they almost feel the same to me), the only notable difference is that the Guides in the outsole feel a bit stiffer. They are advertised as having excellent stabilization and they do. The extra stabilization doesn't affect my run or comfort at all. For reference, I run an average of 15 miles per week (35 miles). I don't have a lot of arches and shoes with high arches hurt me. Can't walk with Nike. The only running shoes I've ever felt comfortable with have been Aididas and New Balance. I also have a narrow foot and they fit well. I can't say more - I think they're great!
