The pear died after a month.
Bought and started up early May. Today is June 16th. The bulb's already dead. Only lasted a month. Supposed to last 9 years. Wrong statement. Let's get back to the regular lightbulb. These CFL bulbs are more expensive but should save energy. But if you have to change the lightbulb every month, it will cost you many times the estimated energy savings.
