Maybe marriage, or maybe just the very geometry of the chair was done wrong. - I am extremely disappointed with the purchase, although I paid almost half with bonuses, but still . it would be better to spend more money on a chair of a more reliable brand and now I would live and not grieve ((( my weight is 80 kg, height is 182, so it's definitely not about weight)) - 6.06: there is no service in my city, but I got a warranty to send a new gas lift. and what is the result? - I can’t replace it, I’ve been trying to get the old one for an hour already. cooled, heated, sprayed with grease, does not come out. added new photos - it shows that the base itself is crooked and the hole for the gas lift is oval. conclusion: the lack of quality control on the side of the Bureaucrat and the most disgusting quality of the product.
