Let me first say that this product is very cute. However, cleaning is not as easy as advertised. It's easy to brush food off the top of the unit after grinding - - - so it's true. However, this girl loves to disinfect, so to do this you'll need to empty the bins from the bottom, then spray on a cleaner (which kills germs) that's harmless to your new woodwork. That's a whole vibe! The icing on the cake of the 3 stars for me was that I only got one lid for the 3 storage containers that are kept under the cutting surface. I think I should share it between them. Ha!
