This is like using a computer in the late 1990's. When you first see the device, it seems like it has potential. However, once it's activated, you'll find that whoever developed the firmware for this thing has been transported back to a time when we didn't expect much from computerized devices. File recognition is not an easy task. Navigating Windows requires a lot of button presses on the remote control, which apparently must be aimed squarely at the little guy. The email support is helpful and pleasant enough, and while I've considered returning this thing to Revain, I think I'll leave it in the hope that some sort of firmware update can help, in its to weaken nostalgic memories of Windows '98.
