Not everyone is going to need this meat grinder due to today's busy lifestyles, but for those of us who can have a tomato garden every year or want to make our own soups and sauces - this grinder is essential, to separate the peel and seeds from the pulp. I now make delicious, authentic dried pepper enchilada sauces, create the smoothest seedless tomato sauces, not to mention harness all the health benefits of freshly picked berries to make seedless syrups, jellies or jams. I'm sure there are many more things I can do with it. I've been using this grinder for over a year now and it has greatly raised the bar for my cooking. Homemade meals take longer but are much tastier and I'm using them more and more over time. So if you have time for home cooking and canning, I highly recommend this product. It is well made, easy to clean and serves its purpose perfectly. It may not be the right choice for everyone; After all, not everyone has the time or skill to cook, but this is perfect for those of us who do. It gives amazing results which is why I give it 5 stars.
