This product has completely changed my online meetings! It was easy to assemble right out of the box and offered plenty of height adjustments. I also liked that there are three different light temperature settings - cool, natural and warm. I used the natural settings most often at the lowest brightness, and they illuminated my face clearly without irritating my eyes too much, even after using them all day. The lighting was very even so I looked great in meetings! All in all, this ring light performs as expected with no issues and I would have no hesitation in recommending it to anyone worried about lighting for meetings, photography, etc.
