Charged both batteries twice and tried using them with my garage motion sensor. Standard 9V alkaline batteries will last a year or two in this application. Both batteries went from full charge to 1.4VDC in less than 15 minutes, and that "use" was none other than a pair of sensor LED flashes and . . . Nothing. The quoted capacity of 280mA is about half that of a typical 9V alkaline battery, but should still be enough to power this simple device for at least 6 months. I would NOT use these batteries for anything as essential as a smoke or fire alarm. Without my request, a POWXS representative contacted me and the company sent a replacement 9V charger and batteries which more than did my job. Your customer service is excellent.
