I like how easy it was set up in our organization! It's intuitive enough so you can pick things right off without much instruction from us techies at first (other than getting everything setup). There were minor glitches when we initially got started but they fixed those pretty quickly too though not very well documented online or anywhere else about what went wrong during initial startup of software - might be worth noting if someone wants more info later down the road? Customer service department handles all questions/problems efficiently as per usual through out my experience using them thus far!! They have been able resolve any issue related directly towards their product easily within 24 hours time frame after being submitted via email support tickets usually resolved same day sometimes next morning depending upon severity. All issues regarding billing inquiries & payments also handled smoothly which has made this particular part easier overall since most problems arise because some people don't know where payment information goes.
