I have several other small nets for my freshwater shrimp tank but these are my favorites. The net itself is very strong. It keeps its shape in the water so I don't have to worry about it swimming in an awkward direction and catching something. It's so strong that small plants won't swim through small holes, which was a plus for me but might be a minus for some. The round wire holding the grid bends, so I made mine square so it can easily reach the corner of the aquarium. The handle feels comfortable, but is made of soft plastic that can become sticky over time. I've been using it since May and it hasn't happened yet and none of them have broken (I use two and I gave two to my roommate to use in his aquariums). The colors are beautiful and I love how it stretches! Easy to clean. Would definitely buy again.
