Unfortunately I'm in a situation right now where I have to rely on this product and it seems to have failed. Drives are no longer recognized and the product has stopped working, so I guess I'll have to use a different device. I didn't listen to the reviews warning of this issue when I bought it, but I had to. I am very sorry for my first review. You could say I thought I was a bit short on time when I originally posted and was feeling stressed. "USB Selective Suspend" was *again* re-enabled in Windows 10, probably due to automatic updates (I keep turning it off but it keeps coming back) and I haven't restarted after a few hours, which means that Disc problem was almost entirely mine! I've since given this device away to a friend as I won't be needing it any time soon anyway. Thanks for the kind reply. We all make mistakes and I'm so sorry!
