The ability to customize existing applications for our unique needs is one of my favorite things about software systems! We are able use their services with no upfront costs or commitment from us as customers.
Their customer service personnel have proven themselves time after time by going above expectations in getting our requests fulfilled quickly, efficiently -- even exceeding them sometimes!! I can't think that there's anything else really bad i'd like to mention except maybe they don'T do invoicing at all right now? That may be something you need but it doesn't bother me too much since we're just using this tool internally anyways so if its not an issue then thats fine :) They've helped out countless times when other companies were unable/unwilling to help solve problems related to system upgrades (ease) etc..
