Excellent assistance and professionalism

The ability to customize existing applications for our unique needs is one of my favorite things about software systems! We are able use their services with no upfront costs or commitment from us as customers. Their customer service personnel have proven themselves time after time by going above expectations in getting our requests fulfilled quickly, efficiently -- even exceeding them sometimes!! I can't think that there's anything else really bad i'd like to mention except maybe they don'T do

A great team and quick turnaround times

I needed an inventory accounting system for my business which was very specific to our industry (tires). We used SSI's software that did not have all of what we were looking fo so had it customized by another vendor who worked with us at no additional cost or time commitment from me as their client! It took about 10 weeks before they delivered everything requested but this is normal when you are working outside your core competency area in such specialized product development work - especially…

  • Product meets specifications exactly without exception..even minor changes can be accommodated easily due simply through communication between myself personally along side any internal team members involved throughout entire process including sales representative assigned initially upon initial purchase order being placed.also included customer service rep whom helped expedite completion once project began moving forward again after delays experienced prior during previous
