It was perfect as "hand luggage" for my trip to London this summer. It's beautiful, durable and quite roomy. I packed: my Chromebook, camera, wallet, two paperbacks to read, snacks, bottle of water, puzzle book, notebook, travel journal, liter bag of liquids, etc. with plenty of space. I also used it for an overnight trip while on vacation so I could take a change of clothes and some toiletries. I even stuffed a teddy bear in a gift bag on the way home! The only thing I would wish for was zippered inner pockets because my pens, meds etc fell out of the two (small) inner pockets every time I had to put the bag on the conveyor, tuck it under me. airplane seat etc.
