I really like this printer. I got it in July 2017. It was my first 3D printer and I studied it for over a year, I even wanted to make my own. My printer turned up with a wing nut floating freely inside and I eventually discovered it was a bed leveling nut. After rearranging the bed, I was on my way. I've never found anything that I need two of at a time to use the hard copy feature. January 2018: My printer has thrown more than 8 rolls of filament as of now and I have received many prints of more than 25 hours. I have used the laser engraving feature to create small airbrush templates for model train cars HO - download and ID labeling in 4 point font I really needed BIBO customer service recently and my goodness they are on top of it. I never get emails back that fast wherever I go (I got a reply 4 minutes after the email was sent) (I'm a night owl so your stay in China with the time difference is perfect for me) Problem, What I faced was a filament slip on my #1 main extruder and after throwing away the manuals provided, it processed without permission. I emailed Braden from BIBO Tech Support and he sent me another article to review with pictures of what I was looking for. Imperceptibly and shifting the gear to the depth of the stepper motor shaft by 1 mm solved the problem immediately. Where could I get steel gears if I continued to print abrasive wood and carbon fiber filaments in future print jobs. It's great that the support is top notch when problems arise. carey
