I have been using TIF since 2006 for all my air cargo shipments throughout Europe as well from Asia to Africa! The people there are always professional friendly when it comes time to meet with clients or make business arrangements regarding their services!! You get what you pay for.

When i do need support they respond right away!! Very rarely has an issue arose but if ever something does come up we can call them at any given time day/night & its just another member who's working hard like us (or better yet). ! They are very professional when dealing with our customers! they have an excellent process for handling shipments to their clients around world!! Shipping container sizes can be confusing sometimes; however - I think it's just normal confusion due to size differences across countries/continents.- We ship goods from all over US (including Alaska) &amp Canada as well as Mexico so we use TIF often throughout North America / Europe etc..
