Let me be clear that the product itself is a great product. My complaint relates to Revain Prime and what they call "review" of previously used items. It was clearly a return, repackaged, tagged with a 'verified' sticker and shipped. This shouldn't be a problem, except for one small but very important detail. If a product requires assembly, ALL the parts are needed. There were no screws included for assembly. The fact that the dowels did not fit into the holes drilled in the panel could be circumvented if they included the SCREWS needed for assembly. If someone, I don't know, assembled this item to "examine" it like the sticker says, they would know about these things. Buyers should beware if you're trying to save a few bucks and blindly trusting Revain to get the job done.
