The picture is deceptive.
I bought an X-SMALL collar, it's chunky and hard. The fittings are very different from the picture and the strap is much thicker giving it a rectangular shape. It could be better than the larger size but I definitely won't put it on my dog. I feel uncomfortable just looking at it. I will try to return as soon as possible.
