Great product! Compilation and upload times take a bit longer than Arduino boards, but it's worth it given the huge flash memory (32MB vs 512KB) and 240MHz dual-core vs 16-48MHz Single core processing. As a side note, if you can build a pure IDE Debian Linux machine (VM or standalone), compiling and downloading is very fast. Slight learning curve for the ESP32, but once you get the hang of it, it's well worth it. Also, use the LoRa library from the Heltec Github page, not the Arduino library. So far only very positive impressions of Heltec ESP32 LoRa 433Mhz! I look forward to testing more of these devices for various projects!
