Review on 🚗 Gates 43067 Premium Engine Water Pump: Optimal Performance for Your Vehicle by Chuck Derrick

Bearings failed within a year. It took me a while to figure out that this was the cause of the intermittent beeping. Replaced idler pulley and pulleys and tried to trace it. The warranty had already expired (was in the car for 15 months). ****UPDATE**** Installed another water pump and immediately the same problem. Removed the serpentine belt and found the problem came from the water pump (an internal engine problem, not the pump). We sincerely apologize to Gates for the initial negative review. I've always had good luck with their products in the past and didn't understand why they failed so quickly.
