okay, i have other nonstick pans and have mostly retired them. i have little kids and all the ptfes are a no go for me. usually i prefer steel, non coated pans as the coating ends up getting scratched off and ruining the pan. this one is nonstick but doesn't use Teflon instead using ceramic particles to create a nonstick surface, it also seems quite durable and hasn't flaked off in my extended testing time.I'm a fan of any space saving products and this is definitely one versatile, space saving pan. the only thing i don't like is the spoon/pasta tool. it doesn't snap into the lid and when i store it with the pan it inevitably falls off in the cupboard. other than that everything else serves a genuine purpose and is useful. the roasting rack works well, especially for roasting a whole chicken. i tossed some carrots and potatoes on the bottom to catch the grease and keep that tasty flavor. throw it in the oven for about an hour and its perfect. the lid is also good quality with the strainer holes working perfectly to drain pasta. it can also be thrown in the oven, just be careful when lifting it as the handle will get hot. overall I'm happy with this pan, especially the color i got, paprika. the pan in person looks more vibrant than the pictures.
